What to do if you find out your stepson (19) is a complete stoner

He is been living with us all his life. His room has turned into this pot den within the last half year. Everything is of course completely hidden (so he thinks!!). He got a DUI last year, he goes to community college a little bit, he works a bit, enough to pay for his car, car insurance, cell phone, college costs. We have tried to talk to him about it, but he just gives us this "You are soooo dumb" look. I would like to throw him out, but my husband worries that he will end up homeless. Forcing him into a rehab wouln't work, he is almost 20 and just wouldn't go. According to him, all his friends do it and than he names all these famous people who have millions of dollars and have been doing it for centuries... Help.
