lately, i have been drinking milk on a daily basis but during night time. i'm doing this because, prior to my drinking habit i have experienced sleepless nights may be because of what we call mental stress or whatever. right then i decided to drink milk before i go to sleep, now i can sleep easily and sound and good morning.

Wow I wished I liked milk as I would give this a try . I don't drink milk at all as I can't stand the taste of it but have a really hard time trying to sleep at night and spend the whole night tossing and turning til I have to get up the next day and then I wake up feeling like I never went to bed the night before .
I'm glad it is working for you and it is a tip to remeber for anyone I do know that actually likes milk . They can actaully give it a try and see if it helps them .

I do still drink milk and I love it. I don't have a glass everyday, but some days I'll have multiple glasses. I also eat a lot of cheese and ice cream so I definitely get my dairy almost every day :) A lot of people lately have been telling me the downsides of milk, but I just think that milk is still good for you and still taste great.
I guess it makes sense that it helps you sleep because people always say that milk before bed is supposed to relax you (don't ask me why!)

I am a coffee fanatic but i also drink milk. Good thing i am not lactose intolerant unlike my sister. Warm milk before bedtime is really good to make you dooze off in no time. I think even if we are not kids anymore we should still drink milk for vitamins and minerals to help our bones absorbed calcium. I dont want to have osteophorosis someday. Also, to those who want to slim down, i read that milk helps you lose weight, since it helps in proper digestion.
