are the cheaters ever punished????

Today I was late for my sons school , so I decided to take a cab, which I usually never do , because the school is hardly 10mins walk from my house.....and I love walking in the morning.... And this cab driver sd he wl charge me 20bucks which is usually 12 bucks I argued, then thought I wl be late ....took the cab....I was in such a hurry that I didnt count the change which the driver returned...while returning home when I checked I found that apart from overcharging , this driver had taken 10bucks extra .....I was really furious ....I didnt know what I would have done if this driver was in front of me....may be the amount was not huge but I dont know why these people cheat for such a small amount.... Sometimes I feel like rebeling .....towards all these dishonest people...and fire them left and right .... My parents will always tell me, dont pick up quarrel for these petty things....but I think that as being dishonest is a vice ...similarly being quite and not reacting to these vices is also wrong and unjust.... I kept on muttering on the road....while coming...then I stopped thinking that people will think I have gone mad..... I was feeling like an idiot....whom people could cheat so easily....I was feeling so bad that I thought that penning down my feeling would make me feel better.....and when you have led such a honest life with no wild secrets ....I dont ever remember bunking college and seeing a movie....I led such a strict life ...that I sometimes think that was it really worth it!!! If only I could get that cabdriver again!!!!
