Better come to the Philippines. There are many beautiful places where you may visit. People are generally honest and polite and they understand and speak English. If you go to China, you might not enjoy because only few know how to speak and understand English. Even if they speak English, as if they are still speaking in Chinese that it's very difficult to understand. We have these experiences with my mom when we went to Hongkong (twice). We couldn't even buy things displayed for sale because we couldn't understand the writings. We got hungry because we didn't know the prices of food.
