I read this story in an email and really made an impact on my life... There was a woman coming from home from a convention she had attended in a place far from her home. During her travel,her car broke down and she had to wait for a tow truck to get her. While she was waiting she noticed a young woman in the gas station who slipped from ice and crying. She went out of her car and approached the woman and saw that she was crying. She dropped something while she help her up and pick it up and saw it was a nickel. And then suddenly it came to her the picture of an old suburban crammed full of stuff and 3 kids at the back and the gas pump read $4.95. She asked if the woman needed help and she keeps on saying "I just dont want my kids see me crying." They decided to stand on the other side of the pump and the woman told her that she is going to California, after her boyfriend left her two months ago, she had difficulty making ends meet. She asked if the woman was praying, and the woman was surprised and so she backed up a little from her. She told her that she is not a crazy person, if she prayed then He sent her to help them. She took out her card and swipe it on the pump card reader and fill her car up completely. While waiting for it, she went to the nearby McDonalds and bought 2 large bags of food,gift certificates for more, and a large cup of coffee. She gave the bag of foods to the children and they ate like wolves. The woman told her that in her desperation she called her parents with whom she had not talked for about 5 years,and asked them if she could come home. They agreed to accept her. And help her until she is back on her feet. So she packed everything she owned in the car and told the kids they were spending Christmas on California, not telling them that they will live there. The lady gave her gloves and said a quick prayer of safety for them on the road. As she was about to leave, the woman asked if she is an angel of something. The lady laughed and told her that during those seasons the angels are busy so God uses regular people to help perform miracle in other peoples live. And sure as she is, when she came back to her car, she started and found it running again as if nothing happened to it. To you, in what way or the other did God touched your life or He made you touched the life of others.
