cruelty to animals

cruelti toward animals must be stopped. strict laws should be made against such things. they have full right to enjoy there life.

I really love animals, dogs, cats, etc. but in my country there is no laws for it, especially dogs. In my country dogs like toys, they always throwing rocks, tie its neck then pull around like goods. I hate them if they doing that. Don't they feel that dogs or others animals are living creatures?
