Think of what you won't forget in your life and use that as your password. And if possible, use the same password for all which needs a password, for example - email address, websites, etc. We create many accounts and if we use different passwords, we may forget where we used them even if we remember them, they might be interchanged so better use one or two passwords only.

One alternative to remembering is to use a secure computer (not one that's shared) and use a browser with a facility to remember passwords. Both Opera and Firefox can do this.
The other is to use a short list and then you only have to remember which one you have used.

I use one password to log onto the internet, one for all the junk sites and 1 for the more secure sites, so I have basically 2 passwords to choose from on the web since the log on one is for nothing but that logging on. I couldnt remember 110 passwords for me this is easiest.

The easiest advice that I can give u is to always use the same password for the different websites.

Other then writing them down, and keepting them in a safe place, I don't know. Luckily, I have a good memory.
