Course it will. Your eyes could get affected from staring at all those pixels and you might need to wear glasses (if you don't already) or stronger degree ones (if you currently do). If that's not an option, then try and take breaks between periods and look at green stuff like grass, trees, flowers, etc. It normally eases my eyes when I look at nature
