That depends on what you mean by punishment. if you mean physical punishment, I am absolutely against. No form of violence is ever acceptable in my mind. there must be other ways possible to inforce rules, or get your point across. i do believe misbehaving of students need to get a reaction from the teacher - just not violent ones

No I don't. I think that if whatever the problem is, the parents should be notified. Any punishment should be implied by the parents of the child, unless it is just a detention. But as for any corpal punishment, that should be grounds for the parents only. The teachers should have a say as to what behavior they think is wrong, but I really do not agree with them handeling the punishment.

Hi well, Teachers are give two type of punishment Inthat I support one type of punishment and strongly opposed another type of punishment.. 1.Teacher Punished students why they didn't study well or didn't wrote exam well...I strongly opposed this type of punishment because knowledge is different from one to another person some people can understood when teacher teach more than one or two types so teachers should be teach well upto every one should learn throughly.. 2.Punishment number two is while students misbehavior in the class room or campus that mean if one student fight with other student are eve teasing Adam teasing etc..Teachers should be strictly punished this kind of raking etc..
