Have any of you ever had someone bump in to you when you are out shopping.. Or people reaching in front of you to get something off of a shelf.... And they don't even have the common courtesy to say excuse me... Or have you encountered any other rude behavior that had occurred while you were out shopping whether you were at the grocery store or at the mall. If this has happened to you.. How did you react? Did you end up confronting them about it or did you just give them a dirty look instead? I believe that we all have encountered incidents like this. I would just like you to share some of your stories and how you handled those situations. At the time did it ruin your shopping experience or not? Thanks for sharing your stories with me! xx

When someones steps in front of me or bumps me I just look at them and say Excuse you, no one has ever said anything back or sometimes I will tell them That was really rude! I don't know what I will do the day someone says something back to me But I was taught to mind my manners and you expect other people to do the same!

Thank you for sharing with me how you deal with rude fellow shoppers. I am like you & was taught to mind my manners.. But it seems in this day & age that a lot of people lack manners these days & don't care about others who may be shopping as well. Thank you again! xx

I think I encounter most rude people in the parking lot. I hate it when I am trying to get the kids in the car and some parking lot hawk is hunting my spot down. You know those people that sit there with their blinker on tapping their fingers on the steering wheel. Once I had my neice and nephew with me so that makes three kids in carseats. As I was trying to make sure that everyone was strapped in properly I actually had a woman come up to my car and ask if I could just pull out and handle this "crap" because she was in a hurry. Needless to say I just continued with what I was doing, and left after my own sweet time.

Thank you for sharing your story with me. I truly do appreciate it. I would have done the exact same thing you had if that girl had come up to me & just had asked for me to pull out because she was in a hurry. I dislike when people just expect a person just to move out of the way the minute they see them coming. I think if people are in such a hurry & see that someone is in the middle of doing something that.. Maybe they should find another place to park. But I guess there's always some rude people out there who just aren't willing to care about other people within this world. And expect others to just move out of the way the minute they come in to view! Thanks again for sharing. I really enjoyed reading your response! . .

Yes this has happened to me; in fact it happens a lot. Sometimes I don't know if it's just because the person is rude or if it is because I am a teenager and that's just how we get treated. I make it clear that I am annoyed without actually saying it. I will "huff" loudly. There are days when I am really crabby and I may something to the person with me, and I will say it loud enough so they can hear me. I just get really annoyed because who the heck do some of these people think they are? It's soo irritating!

I usuallly ingore people who react out in front of me to get something from a shelf but if they get to close I say: Shall i get it for you? Everybody needs a certain amount of space around him and some shoppers just don't get that.

Oh, I've encountered many rude shoppers who couldn't care less about others. Either they are just rude people or they are busy shopping and in a hurry. Yeah, some people don't say 'excuse me' or 'sorry'. They just ignore you or stare right through you, daring you to argue with them. Man, I really detest such shoppers. It spoils my mood for the day and also for the rest of my shopping spree. However, there are some nice shoppers too. We must not forget them. If only all shoppers were angels. And the cashiers should smile too at their customers and say 'thank you' when handing back change.
