3 Lights

In the basement there are 3 light switches in the off position. Each switch controls 1 of 3 light bulbs on the floor above. You may move any of the switches, but you may only go up stairs one time. How can you determine which switch controls each light?

Switch each switch one at a time and wait a few seconds and see what lights up.

HAHA..silly me, my first thought is that I would have someone upstairs tell me which one goes on..lol. Good one.

I move the first switch. then I wait for about 10 minutes.
Then I move it again. I move the second switch and i go upstairs.
Where the light is off and the light bulb is hot is the 1°.
Where the light is on is the 2°.
Where the light is off and the light bulb is cold is the 3°.
