Hi, what will be the easy way to reduce weight? Kindly guide on fitness?

In this high-tech world we live in, we sometimes forget the simple ways to do things. If you’ve already started a workout program and can’t seem to see results, check the way your pants fit. Are they slightly loose around the waist, not as tight as they were? Sometimes clothes can show you results that the scale cannot. Weight variations are subtle.

Hi, i've lost about 13 kilograms since my last pregnancy and have maintained a healthy weight. I lost weight by cutting down on my carbohydrates intake. Because carbohydrates that's not burnt as energy get broken down into fat. Also reduce fried foods. Increase your intake of fish, fruits and vegetables. I also changed the way i eat. Now, i will eat fruits and vegetables first because fibre will fill and takes a longer time to breakdown. In this way, the fibre fills you up so that you take in less food later. Increase your activity rate and water intake. Excercise helps to burn off fat that is already stored in your body while water keeps you hydrated so that you can excrete the toxins from your body easily. There's no short cut but i hope this helps. God Bless!!
