is 30 the new 20?

I think 30 is the new 20.I am 31 and will be 32 in july.The 30's are just as fun as the 20's.I feel just great.I have to admit when i was in my 20's even though i had kids i thought had 4ever and really wasn't making right decisions but once 30 started creeping up reality started to hit me hard and i woke up,but anyways 30 is the new 20.How do you feel?

I totally agree with you, I'm 33 years old will be 34 this year and even with being a single mother, I seem to actually enjoy my 30's better than my 20's. I am more mature, and more stable than my 20's. I truly understand how to enjoy life positively, being a mother, working and taking care of my priorities in life....and the perk my mother watches my son for the summer vacation. Therefore I have my me time..

Well I always said that you are as old as you feel. I hardly ever feel my Age,lol sometimes a lot younger and sometimes older it depends lol. No to be honest I never ponder on my Age and the Problem is that to many People do lol

I had a blast in my 30's also. To me someone in their 30's isn't old. That is very contrary to what I thought when I was in my thirties. Have a blast in your 30's!

i agree . people are thinking younger , they are taking more care of them selves , they are travelling , socialising . asge is not a worry anymore . you can even go back to school at 50. i am 44 and apart from a few extra pounds gained i feel 30. so 40 must be the new 30.you are definetly as old as you feel.

yea you are right.I know a lady who got her degree at 60 years old.That is so wonderful.that is great you feel 30 @40 and i hope i feel the same when im 40.yep 40 is the new 30 and 50 is the new 40 so forth,so forth

You are absolutely right my friend....
Everything is up in the head. I also turned 30 last Sep. I absolutely dont feel any difference. It is totally in our mind if an individual decides that you want to feel 20 even in your 40, you can very well do that.
It is the mind who makes one old or keeps him young...

No you are wrong....60 is the new 20 [LOL]! I will reach that great age in August and I have never felt better about myself. There have been some recent changes in my life that have only improved my emotional state, and thanks to new technology and medical science I can look forward to 100 being the new 50! By the way, have a very happy birthday!
