What is your favorite indian dish?

I've been a lover of indian food (well I'm not from India but I love their food because of all the spices). So what about you guys? My most favorite with be the curry (chicken or shrimps) along with naan.. YUMM!!!

I love the tandoori chicken, for its excellent flavor. It is cooked using a tandoor (a hot clay based oven), the chicken is marinated with red chili powder, lime juice, curd and served with onion rings and lemon wedges. It is delicious and appetizing.

I love lamb biryani with pilau rice, onion bhajis and poppodoms. I think all the spices are good for your health which is a great excuse to eat more Indian food. I love naan bread as well, especially the ones that have meat cooked intothe bread.

Yah the spices is what keeps it interesting. Last time I made this indian dish with the recipe given by my friend from India. Wow a long list of ingrediants especially the spices. But it's all worth it ;)
