Kids say the funniest things

My daughter is 14 and trying to act grown up. She watches way too many commercials. The other day she said to me so very seriously "Mom my boobs itch. I think I have a yeast infection." I know I should have explained to her what a yeast infection is but instead I burst out laughing. I know bad mom bad mom.. It was just so funny and took me by such surprise that the laughter came out instantly. After I stopped laughing I explained to her what it was. Oh the funny things kids can say. Tell me one of your funny daughter stories.

I don't have a daughter :( But your story made me laugh so hard!
I know when I was young though, before I started my period, when my mom and I would have fights I'd always be like "I'm sorry mom...maybe my period is coming?"
Yea, even I can laugh at myself for that one, haha.

That is funny. I gave my son some change the other day to put in his money box and he told his father he has a job now because he has money.
I am sure your daughter was a little more shocked when you told her what a yeast infection was.

Oh I had to laugh on dat one.I know your daughter was looking at you, like what is so funny? My 9 year old baby girl told me she wanted to be a vegetarian.I asked her why and she said because she wants to work with animals.It was cute,i told her she means Veteranian and she was like ohhhhhhhhh.
