Anti Corruption Drive in Bangladesh

Recently there has been a corruption cleanup effort by a caretaker govt in Bangladesh. There are many thing that are being addressed. Old politicians are being put in jail and their properties are being seized if they cant prove the legal means of making it. I was looking for soem feeback from southasians and westerners about this effort. Is it being looked at negatively by anyone? If yes then please explain
