Would you quit your work because of your boss?

Dealing with someone you are uncomfortable working with is just something that I cannot deal. Even though it's my favorite job, I would rather stay in a workplace where we can work together comfortably and help each other with no problems.
What about you guys?

I could not work for somebody that makes me uncomfortable but then again not many things bother me. In my profession if I don't like somebody I can close the door and not be bothered. I have only had one bad experience with a boss and only lasted 2 and half years. She would call everybody all kinds of names and was very cruel. When she finally got to me I just looked at her told she was pathetic and that she needed to get some help. For she was always screaming and yelling to make up for her own insecurities and walked out. She called me for a week to come back and I told her no.

Hey we have the same experience :D
I have a boss is gets so highblooded and would scream up to his lungs out even for the smallest mistake that he could just talk it over nicely.

I did that for real... i did quit one my earlier jobs just cuz i or him couldnt get along very well.... there were lot of mind games and jealousy issues...
He was my immediate superior whom i did all reporting to... i was indeed very much dedicated and perfect with all my work and that is what made him insecured about his position and would never pass on my work to our ultimate boss... though i did get some very heartning signs from my ultimate boss ... even then i had to work for atleast 6 months more with my immediate boss even incourse of getting my due promotion ... i did not entertain that and left the job as soon as i got a better offer and a better boss and environment to work with
