Ganguly and Sachin were the openers.ITS UNFORtunate that india got out in the fist round.

I will go for saurav and robin as an opening pair followed by sehwag if any one of these three can stay till the very last end of 50 overs, then u know who will be the winning team.

I think there is not much in it, its Sourav and Uttappa, sehwag will be flaoting in the order depending up on the situation.

I would go with the all time best one day opening pair in the world i.e. Sachin-Savrav.
