New Patch is glitchy?

I tried the other day to play Gunz. I waited for the new patch to download and install. After it was patched, gameguard loaded. Then I cane to the loading screen. when it came up to the point where it said loading sounds, the game stopped. Weird symbols came up in a small window and they said to send info to battlenet. anyone else had a similar problem? Because I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work.
