What would be your motto for life? I tend to find mine can change by the day! My favourite at the moment is; The devil tempts all, but those who are idle tempt the devil. Do you have any that you live your life by or attempt to?

Mine would have to be either "Do unto others as you want them to do unto you." or "Love thy neighbor."

I have my motto for life as you call it (what a nice expression, I like it very much!!!) mine is a sentence in Old Latin and it is written... OPTIMAPANDES SUB TUTELA DEI it means...try to look for the best thing you can do or find with God's blessing...well it is very difficult translating it properly but I hope it is easily understood. This sentence is very important for me..I have it on the first page of my private diary..it was the motto of a young judge that was killed when doing his job..he was very honest and brave and I want to remember him in this way

One motto I do have is "What goes around comes around." I firmly believe that one. Another saying I like is: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is undistinguishable from magic...Any sufficiently advanced magic is undistinguishable from technology." If you think about how our lives our now compared to the past things we do right now would be considered magic by our ancestors.
