I'm getting wary of Mylot lately!

Help! I like mylot alot and I grew to love the community. But since I got some issue about my e-gold, I become depress with what happened to my first earning. Partly it's my fault too since before they pay me out I already cannot access my e-gold due to some passprase misinformation, I should have made another one by that time and send the new account to mylot instead. Gush! it took me 'til now to made another one. But E-gold admin had send me some options on the retrieval of my Passphrase and after the next email, I just couldn't send my reply to them, yahoo has been telling me that their server had ignored my reply. I guess, I have some hackers or keyloggers, whatever you call them in my pc. I hope they'll not hack my new one.
Could somebody suggests me what to do about my old e-gold account since my first earning was sent there? I'm really down. It's been awhile since I don't have energy to post here in mylot.

The need to contact e-gold by through the online contact form, and remember to copy their reply ID of the email.
The best way is to contact them by phone, but you need the real number registered in your e-gold profile.
And as e-gold allows multiple accounts, you could register several accounts there.

Actually I came to run across your discussions regarding e-gold that's why I requested you as a friend since I thought you know a lot about them. And I also installed Firefox and idled IE because of you too. And I already signed-up for another account in e-gold and also send them a help message about my old account. I also gave them my gmail account since I felt Yahoo are having trouble with their security. So, for now I just keep my faith that everything will turn out good and I'll retrieve my earnings from my old account. I'm so grateful to gain knowledge from you especially about pc security. you know, a community is always a member helps member location, i am glad that some of my discussions here help.
if your registered address or phone number are correct, then for sure you ll get things sorted out. e-gold company only recognises your info listed in your e-gold account profile.
so, if you have a phone number registered there, just let them call you back;
if your registered address is correct, then they will send you a surface mail.
their office hour is from 9:00 pm beijing time, mon to fri.

Sorry to hear that... The best option still is to negotiate to egold admin. you may send formal letter to them proving that your first account is really yours. Good Luck!
