are courts neccessary?

yes, your are right that the courts have a great role in socity, b'coz without courts a people can't live happily in country. courts have the total control on the goverment. the government take any wrong decision than the courts of india orders on that decision and government has to take back that order. in india wherever the courts people live happy life. if you have problem of wrong decision of court than you should appeal in the high court and supreme court of india. you will get right response but it is too late to getting right answer.

Yes they are neccessary but why do they have to taks so long I mean if they did their job there would be less criminals on the street.

hi,, this is right that court is the immp. part of our society and that is able to make to decision but it is also known that sometime innoscen people are forced to punishment.but this is because there is fault in society.we should protest the wrong evidence and wrong decision.we also have the power.we have votes and we have media and ger a voice against the wrong thing
