I always wondered, is it possible for some one to increase their height at the age of 26 !!!! Some say that, the average stopover age for becoming taller is 20 among boys and 18 among girls. Is this true? The latest TV ads boast to grow a person's height irrespective of thier age. Is this possible?

I'm sure it is possiable. It just depends on how you want to do it. There is surgery that can be done. What they do is drill into your leg bones in two different places. Then they break the bone between the bits and stretch the leg apart. Then it heals and they rebrake it and so on until it had grown as much you want or as much as it can.
You can also do cerrtain excersizes to grow taller. I think they are mostly just streatching ones. I have thought about these because i always wanted to be about 2-4 inches taller. I'm 6'2" right now.
I'm not sue if I beleive the things you see on tv or in magaziens about growing taller. If you try them I would ask a Dr. first about it. They may hurt you in the long run.
