Almost every religion teaches that you should love everyone. and to love thy neighbor but do you really love everybody? That is just a question that comes to mind because some people say they love everyone but they don't. So take a look inside yourself and ask yourself, "Do you love everyone?" Please provide details. Thanx.

I think that word love has been changed from other things throughout the years. In fact, I suspect that the real wording of that phrase is accept everyone, or just don.t hate every one else. There is no way you can be espected to love or forgive someone who has done you serious bodily harm.

I wouldn't say that. I believe that hate is a form of ignorance, and you just have to realize that some people that do hateful things just really need help.

This is a very controversial question. In every Holy Book it is firmly preach to love everyone. But in reality this is a very difficult thing to do. We might wish we can but we just can't. Every individual is different, with strange personalities, thus we sometimes have less tolerance to others and than we usually have for some. Even in our families, we could say that we love everyone but still sometimes we hate them with what they do. Maybe it will be appropriate to say that we can love everyone but we can't agree and approve with them altogether.

we're just human beings,we can sometimes feel anger and hate ,so we need to just accept everyone whatever they are and compliment them for whatever they have and forgive what they have done wrong to you...and of course, follow the golden rules,DO NOT DO TO OTHERS WHAT YOU DO NO WANT THEM TO DO UNTO YOU.

I cannot say I love everyone. I at least try to like as many people as I can. I try never to use the word hate towards anyone. I have 3 brothers who do not support me at all and I have a chronic illness that needs a lot of attention. They offer no help or they do not even visit or make a call to see how I am doing. I have friends that give me more support and inspiration. I love my brothers because they are part of my Family. I hate the way they are acting I do not thing it is human for them to treat me like they do. But I still cannot hate them

Yes i agree that every religion teaches to love everybody but i also say the same that i don't love every body infact no one loves every body. because everybody wants to live as their own way if they start caring for other then he can't spent the time for himself. Becoz in this world every one lives for him self.

Absolutely NOT!! I can honestly say that no I do NOT love everyone...I give everyone a fair chance and I like everyone I meet until they give me reason not to which could take meer minutes or happen yrs later..but no I dont love everyone...to me thats silly and totally unrealistic and I have to say that ppl who DO claim to "love everyone" are either seriously dilusional OR fully of it ;-)

We are to love everybody, just as Christ loves everybody. To be totally honest, I don't always love everybody! Some people are really easy to love...they are just such sweet and wonderful people. Now people who wrong us...that's a whole lot harder! When you accept Christ, He changes your heart and He makes it easier to love people more, easier to forgive. He opens your heart. I've found that to be true in my life and in my relationship with the Lord.

I don't think I love everyone, but I don't really hate anyone either. My likes and dislikes generally fall on a person's words, actions, beliefs, etc. because a person can decide to change everything about themselves. At their core they're just another person on the planet, no more or less important or lovable than anyone else.

I love everyone in their creation but I do not love everyone in their sins. I love their souls but not necessarily their personalities. I try to treat others with dignity but sometimes fail, most often with those closest to me : / "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart and thy whole soul and with all thy strength and with all thy mind, and thy neighbor as thyself" In all things God must come first, if He does the rest will fall into place nicely. In my opinion Loving my neighbor does not mean accepting their faults, but caring about them despite their faults.

I can't honestly say that I love everyone. It's so hard to feel that way. What I do try with all of my heart to do, though, is to never hate. I may dislike someone or dislike the way that they treat myself or treat others, but I very strongly dislike using the word 'hate', and I don't feel that I honestly hate _anyone_. Love to me is something precious and special, so no I cannot say that I *love* everyone in the world. I just don't find that possible. But I definitely try not to hate anyone, ever, for anything.
