Should movies like Nishabd of Ram Gopal Verma be allowed to be made?

I believe Nishabd is useless movie , which is giving all these old timers an idea that they give it a try at those younger dames, god help them now, why at all should these things be glorified so much.

Really, Is it so....Thanx for telling us about that movie..If this type of movies will come into the hall or malls then soon they will see cosequences on the box office...
