My final decision...To resign from my job....

Finally, I said quits to my work for almost 3 years. There are lots of reasons like I feel that I am in my saturation point. I felt that I am not happy anymore with what I am doing and I am bored. I have also passed the interview with another company as a future research specialist which is my dream job after my graduation but unfortunately there are lot of things to fix here before finally saying it quits and the job is urgent so I am left with job hunting again. But since my resignation will be effective this end of March, I will still have a long time to go for my application and for interviews. I will also have more time to look for opportunities or maybe rest for a while.
How about you? What are your reasons in leaving your job?

if you dont mind me asking, what's your current job description/position? it happened to me also, i felt bored on my previous job that's why i decided to quit and for me, it was a good decision. i stayed at home for almost 4 months and applied to other companies. i need to have a new job coz i have monthly bills to pay and support my parents financially.
