3d/4d ultrasounds causing hearing problems?

I keep hearing that these u/s are can cause hearing problems, has anyone else heard about this? im preg and have thought about doing this u/s but iam now reconsidering that decision.

I have never had any problems with the ultrasounds and had them quite frequently with my son because I was having problems. As far as I know from everything I read they are pretty much safe.
