Who killed Pauline Fowler?

I missed the episodes that explained how Pauline Fowler actually died (I know it wasn't sonia becaus eher and Martain got to have an happy ending together).
I heard gossip that it was going to be revealed to be the result of the actions of one character, that hadn't ben mentioned in the story, and made it sound like the the script writers hadn't worked out who the murderer was going to be and just made something up at the last minute because the storyline had got boring and they wanted to wrap things up quickly. but I've also heard that it was annother character that killed her.

As the user above explained already Joe was indeed Pauline's killer. I couldn't believe how they wrapped up that storyline as it made no sense whatsoever. It was silly of the scriptwriters to think people would be happy with the way they supposedly cleared up the "mystery" for the viewers and it annoyed me that it was done so sloppily. It really wasn't convincing at all and then to have Joe fall out of the window and die whilst trying to attack Dot was just ridiculous and ugh I can't go on now 'cos I'm all wound up LOL!

From what I've been told, it was either Sonya or her daughter that killed Pauline. I don't know how a baby could have done it, but I guess anything is possible with a bad storyline like that. Where I am from, Pauline is still alive on our episodes. In fact, Jim and Dot just got married on the last episode I watched last night.
