ther is so much discussing on no smoking.granted its bad for you,its nasty.but then again so is drinking.im a truck driver ,an have run most of our 48 states.i can honstely say ive never came upon a wreck where everyone was dead due to someone smoking,But i have for someone being drunk.so when are they going to start riding the drinkers like they do smokers?(probaly never being most of our elected officals drink)

Hey I would just be happy if they taxed them the same. I understand the laws on smoking because a lot of people don't respect non smokers and will blow smoke in their face. I smoke but I do it away from people I know don't smoke and I don't even smoke in restaurants that you can smoke. But what I don't understand is why kill us with the price isn't there another product out there they can tax the heck out of. Like alchohol.

no there isnt.they have big lobbist to stop it.we as smokers had no one to back us up.
