what messenger do you use for chatting

I like to have several ways for people to contact me... AIM, Y!M, and MSN Skype tend to be the major players, so I have accounts on all three. On my PC, I use only Trillian to manage all the accounts.

I use AIM and MSN messenger for chatting with friends or people in general.

Just like you, I too use both Yahoo Messenger as well as rediff Bol 8.0 but I use Yahoo messenger for chatting purpose as almost everybody has a yahoo ID and they use Yahoo messenger as well. And I use Rediff Bol just for sending SMSs. Actually Yahoo messenger also provides the SMS facility but most of its messages dont get delivered. Rediff Bol delivers SMSs with about 95% accuracy!

yes, i used yahoo messenger and in there i just chat with my brother and my friend from surabaya city. if we used chat room i found my self said 'yuck' every time the opposite chat directing to s.chat. lots of abnormal people there.

Hi Arindam!Even I use yahoo messenger..& le me admit its one of the best. The best about yahoo msngr is the animated smileys (emote icons) that its has...I think the smilyes are so expressive that it actually gives you a feel of as if you are communicating with a person face-to-face..Isn't tht amazing..I do use msn also....but would give preference to yahoo

GTalk, gmail itself has messenger... so if we open gmail we can check mails and chat simultaneously... yahoo messenger is also nice...

Yahoo! still hasn't updated the beta version of Messenger for Mac, so still not chat rooms. There is an application that supposedly allows Mac users to enter chat rooms, but I read somewhere that Yahoo! have started blocking the ports used by the application; rendering it useless. The application is called Charla, give it a go and see if you have any luck with it.

I chat regularly, almost everyday and usually with my friends or family :) I use msn messenger for chatting, I think it's a great tool!
