Why do foreign guys hit on Asian girls all the time?

I am a Filipina and I have had more guys than girls chatting up with me, asking to be my "friend" and sending me very suggestive messages every time I'm online. What's the attraction? Is it because western guys think Asian girls are hos and will spread their legs for any foreign guy that comes along? Isn't that a prejudiced point of view?

It's a bit difficult to feel proud when your feelings aren't respected by other people.

I don't think that you shoudn't be thinking like that, you should be the one to know what you are and what you want them to think of you.
If you feel that they want to befriend you just because for whatever malicious reasons, then I think you shouldn't be wasting your time chatting with them. But also keep in mind that there are others that are still with pure intensions..

The malicious intent is usually obvious in the first three messages exchanged. Some just go for the throat, you know. Like saying "you are pretty" and the next they are asking you to be their lover. I've met guys online who wanted to show their "tool" to girls they barely know. I've a friend who was treated to a private show of the guy's private parts without her consent. She told me it was like she was violated or something.

You seem to be pretty much irritated and frustrated with it. If anybody offends you, then, stop the conversation at that. But, please do remember that, everybody is not the same. So, do not restrict yourself from making new friends. There are good and some naughty people around. Try to filter out the good and then it will be fine. Hope you get disturbed less from now on.
