I FELL OFF... WIll I tomoorow?

Last SUnday I was riding a friends horse ( i recently moved and had to sell mine before moving and am now buying a new one)Anyway we had done some barrel racing and flag racing and all that stuff, then went over to do double and triple jumps.... on the way to the jumps my horse shied at the bag I had on my hand and I stacked it big time!!! how stupid am i? i went on to do the jumping ok, but had a bad back and neck all week. Im going to ride her again tomorrow which will be the 6th time i have ridden her... will i stack it?

I do not know much about horses. I just hope and wish that you be careful and do take care. Have a nice time riding the horses and try to do it right this time and not hurt yourself.
