The only thing I have for breakfast is a mug of tea. As soon as I get up I switch of the computer and while it is loading I make my tea. I very rarely eat in the morning, I don't know why but I prefer to eat later in the day. If I ate a big meal in the morning I think I would have to go back to bed.

it depends. i practice this sometime for example on the weekend when im not busy but normally on weekdays when i have to go to school i just eat cereal or toast because its quick and easy. however my favourite breakfast is bacon and eggs on toast or a filipino bread called pan de sal. its a sweet bread that i put in the oven for 5 minutes then i take it out and put butter on it while its hot so it melts .. mmmmmm... =) how about you ? wat is your common or favourite breakfast ?

i like the pan de sal as well. before i just to gorge on breakfast - eggs, hotdogs, longganissa (filipino sausage) and the stuff. but i stopped having heavy breakfast. i sort of controlled and my intake would be just enough. like a glass of milk and biscuits.

yum ! i like longanisa too ! i love filo food. my mum was filo n i live wit my aunty now n she is filo too so she cooks it from time to time n its yum ! at the moment i love fish balls !

I try to eat a lot in breakfast. Sometimes not a lot, but still I eat. I don't want to skip this meal. For me, this is the most important deal of the day. I try to eat less lunch but sometimes I fail to do so. But I definitely eat less dinner, sometimes no dinner at all if I'm not hungry at all.

That is the healthy way of eating. Heavy meal on breakfast, moderate in lunch and none carbo for dinner. But not all people know this healthy way of eating they think eating breakfast they make fat. Heavy breakfast, but when in a hurry I just drink coffee.

I eat like King David for breakfast, fresh fruits, and/or fruit juices, and/or fruit smoothies, and most definately water. Eating a heavy breakfast weighs one down. I need all the energy I can muster to get me through the day. Eating delightful lite breakfast is the trick!
