Salmonella Peanut Butter

What do you think consumers must do about the recent salmonella outbreak from certain peanut butter products? I for one have been a victim. I had to take a leave of absence at my office beacuse of diarrhea and fever.

really? i believe that peanut butter causes allergy also. is it that damaging?

According to my research. It can cause typhoid fever. I'm still in luck I did not get it. But still, the diarrhea, stomach cramps and fever is not tolerable at all.
