Windows Vista has been launched, and everyone can feel the same bug its has.
So many bugs exist but why Microsoft launched the OS? Why they did not fix it correctly. Do they have to get response from user? Microsoft has 60,000 employees and none of them can figure the bugs.
It is a scam, a fraud, a deception. They release the product that isn't finish. And some of you maybe bought it. What do you think?

Woow WIndows Vista.. what a hot subject i can say. I have talked a lot in my area with many of my friends and all of them had only positive thoughts about it. I can say that i was blow off by this new windows system. Some things certainly lack to it but this new look which Microsoft has incorporated in it certainly do the money you would give for it. I have waited this new system for 2 weeks and here i am using it. It was pretty hard for me to buy it because in my area it can't be found. So i had to ask a friend from another part of my country to order me. I am so happy using it and all i have are only words of gratitdue. I post here a short description about VISTA.
Windows Vista contains hundreds of new features; some of the most significant include an updated graphical user interface (GUI) and visual style dubbed Windows Aero, improved searching features, new multimedia creation tools such as Windows DVD Maker, and completely redesigned networking, audio, print, and display sub-systems. Vista also aims to increase the level of communication between machines on a home network using peer-to-peer technology, making it easier to share files and digital media between computers and devices. For developers, Vista includes version 3.0 of the .NET Framework out of the box. The .Net Framework makes it significantly easier for developers to write high-quality applications than with the traditional Windows API.

No, you have got it wrong. Before making such an accusation, think about the mammoth effort they had to take. Every OS goes through a stringest process of testing, including a few beta releases and an Release Candidates, now it will take an year before it stabilizes. Also Microsoft would provide free patches. They had a very tight time constraint for the release, which added to their woes. Now, despite of all this, Vista is one of the best Desktop OS till date.

You may have opinion like that.
But I have one great comparison (actually I don't want to bring this thing up when I started this discussion).
If you have any friend who has Apple Mac with MacOS X Tiger you should try. Or you can go to any apple shop near your residence. You will see that Vista's feature has been implemented in MacOS X Tiger from its first time released in 2005. There are no bugs and no security hole. How come ?
Yes, MacOS X Tiger did not have Vista's Aero feature but in 2006 there ar 2 plug-ins that have similar function.
And one feature of Vista that make me LOL is Index searching. They claimed that file searching is faster but you have to indexed your files first. What happen to the files you don't index ? In MacOS X Tiger there is similar file search feature named spotlight. You don't have to index anything. The fun is if you looking for a file named "westwood.exe" at the time you type the 5th letter ("westw") you will find the file. Spotlight start searching from the first letter you type, and it fast.
Indexing in Vista is similar to Smart Folder in MacOS X Tiger. The difference is in MacOS X Tiger, you don't have to index the file (but you may tag it if you like). Smart folder is a virtual folder that holds files with similar thing (file name or text, or file type). For example if you have many Words documents and you want to help yourself easier to find your file, you can make new Smart Folder and then put the tag you want, like .doc files and contain "Your Company Name" in the filename. In a second you will see all .doc files that have "Your Company Name" in your name all in the folder. This folder will not show any .xls files or another .doc files that not contain "Your Company name"

i agree with neo about macosx, and i can say linux it's a good OS too, if you
and maybe you can find iteresting linux with beryl manager, it was really grat,
about windows i prefer to remain with xp

Yes I still use Windows XP SP2, but I'm goung tho change all my PC with Mini Mac

I just tried Vista Ultimate pirate edition before :D syyyy!!! And there're many bugs like u said. But they're really interesting to use too, nice design and animations. Only many bugs that annoying us.
And now, XP is still my buddy, and for anybody that use XP and wanna look like vista, just dload Vista Transformation Pack, i think you'll love it!!!
This year is Vista, so many bugs, next year (2008) Microsoft will distribute Windows Fiji, and in 2009 Windows Vienna. I don;t know how many bugs will there be later ;)

I use Vista Transformation Pack too but somehow the windows blind crashed with the windows. It still can run but the windows explorer is the victim.
Windows Fiji and Vienna ? They still can't fix the Vista but already get ready for another ? Even this Longhorn project took time so much but still it has soooo many bugs..

Ya i totally agree with you on this topic... All microsoft wants is an unhealthy competition by pulling down all competitor out of the race and make a hell lot of money by being monopoly,... They just want to dump their products into the market and later if there is good sales then only they respond to bugs else they dont care.... every year they come out with some new product replacing old ones so that people buy the new one by paying money. they also charge a hell of their buggy software

When a new OS comes out, there are a lot of issues----program compatibility issues, bugs etc etc.
SO I am going to remain with XP until I experience any problem with it.

Yes, but 6 years after the first Windows XP release (2001) there are lots of unfixed bugs, security hole and incompabilities. And we still believe Microsoft ?

I'm still going to use my nice windows xp its not perfect but atleast i know it works. Windows vista is too new and i would like to wait aleast a few years before i try it out.
