Did it ever crossed your mind to take your own life when you were so down and was under crisis? if so, what were you intending to do to take your own life? for me it did crossed my mind- many times actually, but i never really had that much strength to go on with it because i was thinking of the people who really cared for me that im gonna leave behind if in case i go on with it.
