Well if you say that you are expecting your first baby and then you say a delay then you want to know if your pregnant,now to bring all this in to context you either know that you are preganant or you are 2 weeks late on your period,which would lead to thinking you are pregnant if I was you I would go get checked so you know for sure you need to get a baby doctor as soon as possible I would say it could be a pregnancy or it could be a medical problem so going to the dr will ease all concern.Good luck
