First of all, no anti virus can wipe out all viruses even if you have the most up to date version. If you have a windows xp cd, i think the best option you have is just to reformat your computer. If you dont want to go through all of that trouble, you may be able to "System restore" your computer to an earlier date. Another option would be to try a different antivirus program. Hi shawonalam, Why dont you try for some antivirus programs like AVG or kaspersky... They are known as better protector from virus. u can install the free version and find out yourself... if you dont like uninstall them. if you have paid for mcafee then its better you try to find some options in that. there should be some option named as heuristics. this option when enabled should clean the drives. else try to find a byte level scanning antivirus....
