In my languange, Bahasa Indonesia, we say
Good Morning = Selamat pagi,
How are you = Apa kabar?
I'm fine = saya baik-baik saja.

i think we sai jai jinendra for good morning.
Kem chho for how are you
Hu majama chhu for i am fine.
By the way this is in gujurati.

My mother tongue is telugu and we greet each other by saying
namaskaram, ela vunnaru bagunnara?
good to greet in one's own language though official language is always better when you don't know a person.

Good morning: "Magandang umaga po."
How are you: "Kumusta po."
I am fine: "Mabuti po."
This is Filipino, more specifically Tagalog.
