190e Automatic Shakes slightly at idle and erratic shake when in D gear

Hello my mercedes benz 190e automatic shakes slightly when in idle this can be when hot or cold it kind of feels like the car is missing slighly. But when I put the car in D gear and have my foot on brake it just shakes erratically. Any suggestions what this can be I've changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs, new leads, rotor arm and distributor cap but it has made no difference even put a new battery.
