mine is 8 mos going 9.. he is an intelligent dog, very loving.. i love him so much.. i am buying a female companion for him. hehe..

I have a 5 year old female and a 2 year old male. I don't know if it's an age thing but our male is dumb,lol. He acts like a puppy all the time and doesn't realize that being 60-ish pounds does not qualify him as a lap dog.

LOL hehehe i think males are dumber.. mine too always acts like a puppy.. kinda stupid at times hehehe..

I had a Golden named Cody for 9 years before I had to have him put down for bone cancer. I now have a Golden named Rico who is very very hyper, crazy,etc...ever read Marley and Me? That's my Rico!!!

Mine is 10 almost 11. He is my pic :). He is intelligent but he does have his blonde moments. He is very obedient and I love him to pieces. :)
