Do you have nicknames for your neighbours ?

Some people do use nicknames for their neighbours, especially when they don't know them personally. Do you ? And on the other hand if you did, would it find it acceptable that your neighbours also have a nickname for you?

well we have some neighbours that run a kind of scrap yard in there front garden, so one day my mum was talking to the person that lives right next door to them (we live a few doors away) and she said she calls them the dingles, as in the family from emmerdale, so now its just stuck even though we know their names and they are ok people.
I dont know how i would feel if they had a name for us, i guess what you dont know cant hurt you :)
