How do you deal with everyday stress?

Did you find a way to live calm life with so much daily stress in office, fulfilling your daily obligations toward familly, friends and beloved ones?
Is there any magic formula for that?
I didnt find it yet, but some tools are helpfull to me. Some new food patterns, active meditations, dance, body and emotion expressions and some other techniques for inner growth and recalling my creativity. Have you found some other technique or some of these are of help to you?

One thing that helps is to have family meetings to plan and organize the schedule and to communicate. I think communication is the secret formula to help with everyday stress.

thats ok for some temporary release, but what about our everyday supressing. when i read answers, it comes as everybody is ok. maybe because here mostly are young people?! they really know how to be what they are.
but around me, seeing people in some 30th and more it is not like that. as u r older u need more things to do to relax.

My faith keeps me calm. I sit down and read my Bible or pray to God. I also call my friends and we talk or go out to have fun.

When I get really tensed I stop and pray to God for peace and strength.

I do Osho's meditations and it changed my life. He gave many different meditations to express anger which usually we keep inside and supress. After doing meditation I am like a baby with a smile. Especially dynamic meditation and giberrish. Which dance do you prefer?

Hmmm.. the most important in dance to me is to follow my body. I dont like some classic dance schools, rather choosing modern dance. But mostly techniques to come in touch with body and uncosciuosness and past memories. For that is the best Shamanic dance, and workshops like 5 rhythms, trance dance and similar. Anything what makes me to be in contact with my inner.
