i need a mobile for my mum...any suggestion?

i need a simple one which is basically for clear conversations adn messaging. any suggestions?

I agree that a simple Nokia phone is a good choise. My Mom, and my in laws have all liked nokia phones the best. They have tried other phones as well, but they all have Nokia phones now. They understand the menues and operation modes better than with Erichson or Motorola for instance.

I would prefer any Nokia basic models. I would have gone for Nokia 1108 with my budget of 2000rs. If you can afford more you can go for Nokia 6030, which is a colour handset, basic of course.. this has a radio in it too... :-)

you buy a brand that is a user friendly. for that, id like to recommend nokia since its user friendly. u have to ask your mom what she likes in a mobile phone but if you are planning to surprise your mom, you can ask a friend of yours. u should make sure that your mom has no eye problem because like my mom, she prefers to use a phone with big letters. :)
