I used to watch this program on TV where they played music an exercised but the unique thing about it was that after the warm up, instead of more dancing and leg movements, the leader put us through a series of boxing type movements. We mad fist and punched combinations of up down right and left. It really got the heart pumping and by keeping the legs loose with the knees bent, the bouncing movement works out the legs too.
How bout you? Do you think it works?

I believe if you sweat and are enjoying it, then you are benifiting from the program. If not, then I suggest you go out and buy Tony Little. My wife really enjoy his hard core workouts. They really keep you going.

actually they come under strength training and the fact is that it is a really good practise to make some muscles and build that strength . it can be kick boxing and stuff as well as you can go for hgh end training from a professional .

Boxing is by far the best exercise, bar none. It is especially beneficial for women because they develop their upper body. It's also not that expensive after you get gloves and find a gym to work out. A good coach is recommended. You never really have to box in a bout unless you really want to do that. Use headgear and listen to the professionals. You will also develop much confidence and will carry yourself in such a way as to discourage potential attackers or harassers.
