no i dont consider it as genuine happiness for me especially if someone is hurt or sad on the process of achieving it...

You can only say you are happy when you achieved something out of hard work and perseverance and then you can walk in the street chin up because you knew in your heart you deserve to be happy with your achievements.
Sometimes some individuals dont play square and fair they usually take advantage of someone in thier own personal expense because they want to achieved something.
I can say that person can't be happy at all for he knew on his very self that he does not deserved that achievement at the first place.
