Have you had tickets or accidents?

Thank God that I never had accidents. I had a parking ticket because I was in a hurry when I carpooled my mom for her doctor's appointment. I didn't realize that half of my car was park on the red which I think is for fire lane. I also had a violation ticket for license plate. I had a plastic covered on my plate and I had used it for a year already. I worked on this certain area which is 20 minutes drive from home. From that place...I got the ticket from a parking patrol. I think it's ridiculous since I never had tickets from other part of San Diego and why would a store sell it if it's illegal to use.
