once a cheater, always a cheater???

Hi ya'll... Is it really true that once you've cheated on someone, it is bound to happen again in the future? If you've cheated, is it possible for you to stop from doing it again? Please say your views...

Well i do agree this.. if you once have been labeled as a cheater in any indivodualor scority then you don;t have the preect as before and also you reall become one.
