which would you prefer a condo or a house in a village? why?

if you were to buy a home, which would you prefer? for me a condo unit is good if you are single but if you have kids a house in a village would be suitable. for me, i dont have my own family yet, i will choose a condo unit. i like to live in the top of a building over looking the city. but i know my choice will definitely change as soon as i will start to have my own family.. whats your opinion?

If i wanna build my house, i goes to the village. With harmony atmosphere, without any pollution. I hate to live at the city, it's busy day and night, crowded and the people there is selfish, It's hard to get friendly with neighbour. So i prefer at the village which is, everything is together.

yeah, thats why when i get to have my own family, i would love to move in to a village and have a big house, where you can meet friendly neighbors, peaceful community.. and things like that :)

Well i think i owuld preffer to have a village..
but if i have another option i owuld like to add farm house in it.. As i have a farm house and i love to go there

You buy what suits your lifestyle. If you plan on having a family a house would be a better fit than a condo. A condo is best for people who are busy, no kids, and want to own their home. I will say though condos are harder to sell and with markets what they are now nothing is moving and equity is dropping.

I prefer to live in a house in a village. For me its more of a home sweet home. It would be spacious has a garden, garage and swimming pool. I dont want to live in a condo where space is very minimal. Condo units are good for bachelors while if you have a big family house in a village is better to live in.
