regreting a rating

Have you ever regreted a rating that you gave ? why and when ? since i'm here(something like 2 weeks) i hadn't regreted anything that i said or a rating that i gave.

I don't regret the rating had given out. Infact, i rarely give '-' sign to people unless i find them extremely rude or had violated mylot guideline by insulting people or copying other people's response. So far, i had only given to very few irrational people with irrational response.
